1. 현재 처리하는 정보와 목적

• 계정·인증: 게스트 계정 식별자, 세션·기기 자격증명 및 복구 코드의 서버 측 해시와 유효기간을 계정 접속, 세션 복구, 부정 접근 방지에 사용합니다. 복구 코드는 이용자가 안전하게 보관해야 합니다. 현재 게스트 로그인에 이메일·비밀번호·Google 계정 프로필을 요구하지 않습니다.
• 게임 이용: 선택한 스타터, 카드 생성·소유·덱, 대전 결과·전적, 퀘스트, 게임 재화와 거래·복제 관련 기록 및 정산 영수증을 게임 기능 제공, 중복 지급 방지, 오류 대응에 사용합니다.
• 서버·보안: 요청 시각, IP 주소, 요청 경로와 오류 등 필요한 접속·운영 정보를 서비스 보안, 장애 조사 및 악용 방지에 처리할 수 있습니다. 인증 토큰과 카드 비공개 정보는 공개 전적에 표시하지 않습니다.

2. 광고와 동의

현재 실제 Product 보상형 광고 창조 정책은 비활성화 상태입니다. 향후 활성화할 경우 Google AdMob/Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 표시·측정을 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 주소 등의 정보를 Google 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 지역에서 필요한 동의는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)으로 요청·관리하며, 이용자의 선택은 광고 요청 가능 여부에 반영합니다. 광고 시청으로 카드가 발급되는 경우에도 서버가 검증한 광고 완료 정보와 보상 세션·거래 식별자를 사용하며, 클라이언트의 단독 완료 신호만으로 지급하지 않습니다. 광고가 활성화되기 전 관련 안내를 갱신합니다.

3. 결제

현재 이 앱에는 Google Play 인앱결제가 활성화되어 있지 않습니다. 추후 추가된다면 결제수단 정보는 Google Play가 처리하고, 게임 서버는 구매 확인·지급·환불 대응에 필요한 거래 식별자와 구매 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 도입 전에 이 방침을 갱신합니다.

4. 외부 서비스

Google Play를 통한 배포·업데이트를 시작하면 해당 배포 서비스가 사용됩니다. 향후 보상형 광고 활성화 시에는 Google AdMob/Google Mobile Ads 및 UMP가 사용됩니다. 서버·웹 호스팅 사업자는 서비스 전달과 보안에 필요한 네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 다른 게임의 동의 기록을 이 앱의 동의로 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 보유·삭제와 이용자 권리

계정 및 게임 기록은 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보유합니다. 접속 세션·기기 자격증명·복구 코드에는 각각 유효기간이 있으며, 로그아웃 시 해당 접속 자격을 무효화합니다. 현재 앱에는 자동 계정 삭제 기능이 없으므로, 계정 자료 열람·정정·삭제를 원하면 아래 문의처에 연락해 주세요. 소유 계정 확인 후 가능한 자료의 삭제 또는 비식별화를 처리하고 결과를 안내합니다. 법령상 의무, 거래·정산 감사, 보안 사고·분쟁 대응에 필요한 기록은 필요한 범위와 기간에 한해 별도로 보유할 수 있습니다. 정해지지 않은 일률적인 보관기간을 임의로 약속하지 않습니다.

Card Legend Origin Privacy Policy

This policy applies only to Card Legend Origin (Android package com.h2clab.cardlegendorigin), operated by H2C Games. Effective September 29, 2026.

1. Information currently processed

For guest account access and recovery, our server stores an account identifier, hashes of session/device credentials and recovery codes, and their expiration times. Guest login currently does not require an email address, password, or Google account profile. We store game records needed for the service, including starter selection, created and owned cards, decks, matches and history, quests, in-game resources, marketplace and replication transactions, and settlement receipts. The server or hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times and paths, and error information for security and troubleshooting. Authentication tokens and private game data are not published in public match history.

2. Advertising and consent

Product Rewarded Ad Creation is currently disabled. If enabled later, Google AdMob/Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, and IP addresses to serve and measure ads under Google's policies. The Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) will request and manage consent where required, and ad requests will respect the resulting state. Any ad-based card grant will require server-verified completion and a bound reward session; a client callback alone cannot grant a card. We will update this notice before enabling the feature.

3. Payments

Google Play in-app purchases are not currently enabled. If added later, Google Play would handle payment method information, while the game server may process transaction identifiers and purchase status for verification, grants, and refunds. We will update this policy before launch.

4. Service providers

Google Play will be used if the app is distributed through that service. Google AdMob/Google Mobile Ads and UMP would be used if Rewarded Ads are activated. Server and web hosting providers may process network information required for delivery and security. Consent recorded for another H2C Games game is not treated as consent for this app.

5. Retention, deletion, and rights

We keep account and game records while needed to provide the service. Access, device, and recovery credentials have expiration times; logout revokes the relevant access credential. There is currently no automatic in-app account deletion feature. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us below. After verifying account control, we will process deletion or de-identification where possible and explain the outcome. Records needed for legal duties, transaction audits, security incidents, or disputes may be retained separately only as needed. We do not claim an unsupported fixed retention period.
